TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION OF COURIER CENTRE

1. Application is open only to companies owned by Malaysian Citizen with business registrations status as below;

a) Partnership / Enterprise (ROB)

b) Private Limited (Sdn Bhd) , or

c) Limited Liability Company (LLC)

d) Public Limited (Berhad)

Note : Individual submissions are not accepted

2. Applicant is require to provide a suitable premise with:

a) Within an approved location

b) a minimum area of 1,000 square feet. GROUND FLOOR ONLY

c) standard infrastructure or facilities complete with internet services, parking area and other facilities deemed to be fit to attract customers.

3. All Courier Centre is required to have a minimum of :

a) 1 unit of motorcycle

b) 1 unit of Van

c) Other type of Transportation (Optional)

for the purpose of delivery and collection of goods both "inbound" and "outbound"

4. All Courier Centre is obligated to hire its own staffs. Matters relating to salary, EPF contribution, SOCSO deduction and others will be solely under the responsibility of Courier Centre. Cargomind Sdn Bhd encourages staffs under Courier Centre to be hired with monthly salary and able to benefit from the available commission schemes.

5. Cargomind Sdn Bhd reserves the right to propose adjacent or nearby or any other location should the requested location is no longer available.

6. Cargomind Sdn Bhd is committed in providing training assistance and marketing tools for each Courier Centre.

7. This programme DOES NOT transfer the right of any license(s) owned or possessed by Cargomind Sdn Bhd.
